Automated email and SMS sequences in Klaviyo that fire in response to customer events, welcome series after a first signup, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, win-back, and so on.
For most Shopify stores, flows generate 30-40% of total email revenue once they're set up properly. Most stores have welcome and abandoned cart and nothing else, they're leaving meaningful revenue on the table.
The five flows we always set up: welcome (5-7 emails), browse abandonment (2-3), abandoned cart (3), post-purchase (3-4), and win-back (2 at +60 and +120 days). Tuned per brand. SMS via Klaviyo or Postscript when volume justifies the cost.
