What goes into every build
Theme architecture.
Built on Shopify 2.0 with custom Liquid sections. No bloat from premium themes you don't use. Block-based section schemas so your editors get a real CMS, not a static page.
Performance.
Critical CSS inlined, deferred non-critical JS, responsive images with proper srcset, fonts preloaded, third-party scripts loaded with care. We measure before and after.
Migration.
Full content audit, redirect map built in Google Sheets, products migrated via Matrixify or direct API, customer accounts where supported. We rehearse the cutover before we run it.
Integrations.
Klaviyo, Recharge, Loop returns, Judge.me, Searchanise, wired in properly with events firing where they should. GA4 and Meta pixel set up with server-side events for accuracy.

Yes, if it's done properly. We build a full redirect map, preserve URL structure where it makes sense, and submit the new sitemap on launch. Most clients see rankings recover within 4-6 weeks; some see them improve.
You do. Code, assets, Shopify account, everything. We don't host or hold anything hostage.
30 days of free fixes for anything we missed. Beyond that, we offer ongoing care plans, but we don't push them. Most clients are fine without one.
Yes. We're based in Marrakech and work with brands across the UK, Europe, and North America. Time zones haven't been a problem yet.
